The only details I have was that I was born at 12 Abyssinia Grove, Leeds 3 on 14th November 1966 my name at birth was Gail. My mothers name was Doreen and I dont know my fathers name as it doesnt appear on my birth certificate. If any one knows Doreen Ward or it is you please get in touch. I always think you must want me to remember you as you left me a silver locket when i was adopted which i still have. Please get in touch.
