My name is Elizabeth Wixley. I am writing on behalf of my eighty year old father. His father Bill was the youngest of fourteen brothers who all lived in a large house in Hackney in London. Bills father was a diamond merchant in Hatton Garden who died leaving debts, causing the family to split up. Many jewish records were lost during the war. My father would dearly love to know more about what happened to his fathers siblings and find out anything about his family history. Our name is unusual and I have found names on genes reunited but I am having problems accessing this part of the site. I have upgraded but nothing happens.
