It has made a lot of difference Jane but today it has been a bit prickly now and then in one place.

Happy Birthday to your Sister Mandy and Happy days for little Abbey <3
Mel I think you can carry on using the cream for longer than a week.I would :-D.I would give it another week and if no change then get more advice...But that is just what I would do .I would have thought after a week though it might be making a difference.

Hopefully Frank will be enjoying his first night away :-D
It seems I have been left with some dishes :-S.So I am off to the kitchen to stack the dishwasher :-D

Evening all,

It's been a lovely sunny day here again ,warm in the sun but still nippy if you get in the shade .

I expect Frank will be taking in the sea views now , i hope he has some nice sunny days so he can maybe get a little walk in if his knee will let him.

Could it be Dermatitis you have Fiona ?, i get that if i get any dust on my hand when i empty the Dys*n i make sure i wash my hands well after as any dust seems to get under my rings and that makes my fingers all itchy .

Gosh poor old James having to pay all that for his fillings and that's on top of what he's already paid i suppose .
Our dentist went private a few years ago so we moved to another NHS dentist in another town ,then after a while it went back to NHS so we moved back ,we got in quite easily ,but there is a list now but every so often they take on more patients .

We took a trip to the garden centre this afternoon , hubby needed a but for the garden hose ,we also bought some Runner Bean seed ,some garden ties and some lovely Daffs in bud that have started opened up already since i put them in water .

Went to see my sister this morning as it's her birthday today , her little dog Abbey is still about , the vet has examined her again and said she certainly doesn't have a growth ,but her tummy is so big !! he said he thinks they have been looking past the obvious and that it might be a build up of water in her tummy and round her heart , but doesn't know why it's building up and what is making it build up so shes now on some new tablets ,she seems brighter and less breathless but her tummy is still big !!

Ann ...I did find that info interesting !!!!.How strange :-S

Maureen what a pain with that right muddle up .I hope you get sorted soon.So off to Bedford again...I think you should be moving there after all LOL

Fiona your itchy hand sounds a bit like allergy to something.Hopefully the hydrocortisone will help .Trouble with itchy palms is you can't scratch it properly (if you know what I mean) .

Chris is just home from the film.He quite enjoyed it (even with sub titles).

James has found out he needs 3 fillings!!!!!! so total price now is £250-£280..He is not a happy bunny..I just had a word with Chris and we have agreed we will go halves to help ..Def time to look for a NHS Dentist :-D

O at last some posts to read. Have a few nice days away at your sons and daughters Maureen and have a good weekend.

Fiona thats just what I have had on my left hand palm. I bought some Hydrocortisone Cream from a Lloyds chemists their own brand and my week was up yesterday. It is not so bad but it still has'nt completely gone and today has been a bit itchy again.

Sowed my sweet peas just now out in the shed. Not sure where to plant them yet because of the rabbits but I think I shall put some in the big tanks at the front of the bungalow. Must remember to water them though as they dry out quickly.

Suns just about gone now here and it's time to think about what I am going to get for dinner tonight. I have some sausages and may get away with sausage sandwiches if I am lucky! ;-)

Afternoon All,

Another sunny day here. We didn't get any of the rain or hail yesterday, thank goodness.

Frank will have his case unpacked by now I expect and be enjoying sea views!! :-)

I have just sent you an EM Jane......think you will find it interesting. :-)

OH seems to be coming down with something.....sore throat yesterday and coughs and sneezes today. He's off to a match later so I'm glad he won't be coughing and sneezing around me! lol.

We went to Nuneaton this morning for him to pay some cheques in while I had a look around their Deben*ams for some summer tops. I had to walk through the market which was chaos with all the mobility scooters! One lady shot out of a shop to my left and nearly ran into me and didn't even notice! Others were completely blocking the width of the pavement between the shops and market stalls while they nattered to who they'd met. I'm sure they can't ever have been car drivers.

What a nuisance Maureen, they made a bit of a cock up all round didn't they. I must admit we have had no problems with them, but it is hard to understand them on the phone at times.

I need to have a tidy up in here in the study next...........it's beginning to look like a hoarder lives here with my beads and paperwork everywhere! BBL

Well Monday was a complete waste of an afternoon, the Ta*k Ta*k man didn't turn up until 5pm asked where my BT line was, when I booked it I told them I was with Virgin turns out he couldn't connect me without a BT line, so I got on to someone, probably a call centre, said they couldn't do anything until they had the engineers report, not a good start.

That will be very handy for Victoria having both children in the same place, it's hard enough, I seem to remember constantly up and down the school, dropping one off picking another up. I think Chloe might be starting nursery at the end of this year too.

Sounds like my sort of holiday Jane, watching the world go by with a nice cold glass of vino. I don't mind flying although when you read about these plane crashes it does worry you.

I expect Frank is on his way now, hope the weather isn't too bad and he manages to get out for some walks.

That was a very awkward place for a cut Mel, I expect it will take longer to heal but hope it isn't giving you too much trouble.

I'm off to Bedford tomorrow, will spend a night at son's then the next day and night at daughter's and back to sons for the rest of the weekend so won't be on line for a few days.

Afternoon Folks,

It's been a lovely day . lovely and sunny . managed to get washing dried and I've just put out a second lot, but the sun has gone in and it's feeling quite cold, but at least it's dry.

After meeting up for coffee this morning , I had to go into Boo*s and ask the pharmacist for some cream for my hand, no idea what's going on but the left hand is very itchy on the palm, so much so ,I have taken off my rings as it has started to get itchy in between the fingers, she gave me some hydrocortisone cream which i can apply thinly for 7 days .2 times a day, and if no better see the doctor,
It was driving me mad last night and the E45 cream was making no difference.

Afternoon Mel and All

Just got back for Olney after taking Hannah's rug.We popped into a very quaint Deli /Tea Shop and spent rather a lot.
Now I am waiting for Fitz.I was going to go down to him for lunch but as the plumber(HOPEFULLY) will be coming later I will have to be in so Fitz is coming here instead.Chris is just about to leave to go to Northampton.

The sun is out at last.It was very misty this morning and i think there had been a frost.

Fitz has just pulled up.See you later :-D

Yes Jane, the aircraft disaster is quite terrible and my heart goes out to all those poor children/people and their family's. My two 'girls' are going away this summer, one to Slovakia and the other to Spain on Gym/school trip, and ALL of them.are flying to Malta in August for ten days!! A summer of worry for Mum and Dad!! I suppose you just have to keep fingers crossed and hope for the best, but it's not easy! I must admit to hating flying, I've never been a happy flyer and thank goodness long distance is now a thing of the past. Holland is about all I can manage these days and that's through 'gritted teeth!!!
Lovely morning here, Merlin really shot up the paddock first thing!!. Must make the most of it as I think the weather is on the turn!!
We're off to Sainsbury's to do a big shop, which will save us having to go next week when no doubt it'll be heaving particularly after the children break up!! Ian's very good about helping with shopping, but pulls a face at high days and holidays!! so they're avoided if possible!

That will be a great break Frank :-D..It should be pretty hot though at that time of year.
I can't go anywhere abroad in the summer months because of the heat.I think when we go to Lake Como in September it still might be too hot for my liking. But I will have my flappy fan with me.Plus as we are there for 10 nights we won't have to be tearing around everyday and getting totally exhausted. It might be nice just to have a day or two just pottering and chilling out :-D.I would be quite happy just sitting doing a bit of people watching ,or reading my Kindle supping a glass of chilled wine :-D :-D

Frank Report 24 Mar 2015 19:08

Evening all,

I have just booked our flights to see Conrad. 17th June to 1st July. Shouldn't be too hot for Ros. I know she is looking forward to spending some Mum time with him.

I have fed and watered the "PATCH" and the greenhouse, also the bottom garden and pots.

I have planted the bushes she bought yesterday. They needed that Aricasia (sp) potting compost. which I had to carry up from the bottom of the garden. I half filled the pots with ordinary compost with the other on top. All watered in.

Case packed and tablets thanks Mandy lol. I can just imagine what it would be like four days without medication.

That air crash seems very strange. The was it descended from 38,000 ft into the mountain side. It looks like all passengers and staff have lost their lives. Such a tragedy. Those poor families will never get over it. :-( :-( :-(

We had pulled beef with mash and veg. quite tasty but not something we will buy again. I like the pulled lamb and port better. !!

Good news for the grandchildren going to the same nursery Fiona. Save a lot of time not having to take one to one place then the other somewhere else.

You be careful with that hand Mel, we don't want that cut to keep opening by catching it <3 <3

The weather is certainly on the change again, that rain this afternoon was so cold. and it's getting down to freezing tonight. JUST MY LUCK to be going to the seaside !!!
