I can be done. If you have access to Ancestry. Go to UK census collection; scroll down click 1891 Engalnd; then scroll down and click London ; then click Chelsea and then you would have to search page by page!! Unless someone knows a simpler method?? |

You should be able to do an address search on the 1881 census. Instead of putting College Place in the street address box, try just putting in College. |

Here it is the address in 1891, but looks unlikely that it will be of any help to you. |
