Hi all, Would anyone please be able to help me find the birth of Albert Arthur born I believe 1855 or 65 in Portsmouth. I have found him on the 1891 census but nothing before that. I think that sometimes he called himself arthur dart. His partner in 1891 was jessie but I dont think they married. any help would be grateful.I have all his childrens names, but am looking for his parents. |

No, you'd need to buy the birth cert for that. |

if Albert Arthur did marry in 1874, as I posted near the beginning of the thread, it might account for why he didn't marry Jessie. |

I think "Jessie" is Jessie Maria Penny-who also seems to be married: |
