Reginald was born in Strood Kent which is in the SE of England whereas Wiltshire is in the SW of England so don't think that Melksham one is him |

Would seem if Reginald died before Florence she didnt remarry. You may have to do a process of elimination by getting some certs Ie the marriage certs of the children to see if he is listed as deceased on their certs. |
