Did you purchase the records with credits? if so the records you attach to keepsafe will only be there for the length of time the credits allow you to view the record, or at least that was the case. |

Thanks, that was very helpful, unlike the GR Help. It took me an eternity to find out how to actually contact them. It seems you have to actually ask a question before there is a link visible. |
