Looking on freebmd for children there are 2, reg in the Edmonton reg district during 1934/5 with the same name.

One was reg in 1st Quarter, the other 2nd Quarter.

There seems to be only the one Izzard/Saberi marriage.

Can anyone suggest what's going on?

Given that DOB showing on the death record, she should by rights be the March 1935 registration.

Any chance any eager parent registered in March and then the other registered late having not asked if it had been done ??

Wonder if you rang GRO they might look for you without having to purchase if it were possible a mistake had been made along the way????

Following your train of thought, it's possible that she was re-registered, perhaps to correct a detail or spelling. It would be great if GRO would have a free peek, although I'm not pushing my luck! :-D

I looked at the 2 images, and there doesn't seem to be any remark attached to either one.

Maybe you're going to have buy both certificates or pdf to find out.
