This looks likely for the birth of the son William (aged 2 in 1841, living in Edmonton RG):

Both "of this parish".
Joseph a widower, Elizabeth a spinster.
Witnesses: J Blackstock Crippen, and Wm Taylor. Wm Taylor is witness to a lot of marriages, so not a relative.

???
Long shot, but as that 1796 marriage was in Tower Hamlets and he could have been born as early as 1776, then there is this baptism. (Even if 1841 says he was not born in Middlesex)

Image says he was 19 days old when baptised.

Name: Joseph Tibble
Gender: Male
Record Type: Baptism
Baptism Date: 22 Sep 1776
Baptism Place: St Mary, Stratford Bow, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex, England
Father: James Tibble
Mother: Hannah Tibble

Relationships are not shown on the 1841 census, but IF Elizabeth aged 40 is his wife then it is not Elizabeth Tame as that wedding was 1796 (an Elizabeth of right age 'match" 1841 age is shown as a widow 1851 census which follows)

From the image - Both are shown as "of this Parish" but that doesn't mean they were born there

At the time of the marriage they were Widower/Widow

The 1841 census you refer to as transcribed by Ancestry - the quality is atrocious - FMP haven't even tried to interpret surname !

The consensus is that Joseph was not born in the County of Middlesex.

If his age was correctly recorded as 60 (i.e. ages over 15 were supposed to be rounded down to the nearest 5) then he could have been aged 60-64, so may have been born as early as 1776/7

May depend on where in the country you're looking, earlier records survive better in some places that others.

Not all records are online, it sometimes means a visit to a Records Office.

If you want to give some details (as much info as possible) helpers on here may be able to find something.
