I am looking for a Thomas Powell who married Ada Rowe in 1912 in london, would like to see the names of their children.

There is this London marriage for a Thomas Powell, but an Edith Rowe not Ada?? Is this who you mean?

****Thomas' dob shows as 25.9.1895 on original with 25 Oct '94 written above but original not crossed out. 21 Sep 1902 dob belongs to the next family !!

Indicates that Dorothy married a Shields at some point - 28.10.46 is noted on the original on her line - that will be when the Register holders were notified of the change not necessarily the date it happened, After the War, the Register (which had been set up to name all civilians in the country for ID and ration book etc purposes) became the basis of the NHS system and was used, altered etc until around 1990. You can google to read more about it. There is a 100 year closure on named persons, unless there death has been proven.

I would have expected the younger children to be listed, even if only as closed records, but looks like there were some early deaths
