As a Platinum member, how do I?

I have a paid account and in my search for “Stella Edensor - Death 1961" (exact year of death) a view of a newspaper article comes up with the beginning of the information I need. It appeared in the Coventry Evening Telegraph dated July 6, 1961. To access the article, I click on the “view article” button to which I am directed to an empty box which gives only two options “Edit keepsake options" or “Remove from keepsake" .

Is there something I'm doing wrong? All the articles are the same and I do have the additional feature “British Newspaper Archive".

Any ideas as to what to do? Thnx ??

No idea through this site.

Coventry Evening Telegraph 6 July 1961

Find My Past has the "article" - Holidaymakes Dies
4 short lines giving her name and partial home address and that she died last night at a hotel in St Helier, Jersey where she was staying.

Nothing re cause of death which your other request on Find Ancestors suggests

For future reference you would be better to get a subscription for Findmypast (Genes sister site) rather than paying for platinum membership of Genes. The records on Findmypast are much easier to find and Genes don't hold any records of their own.

At least you now know the exact date of death - 5th July, 1961. Her middle name was Audrey.

From the link given on your other thread (if I've understood correctly) it seems that death certificates from Jersey are a lot more expensive than English certificates.
