I have a married couple who are both my relatives, I'm not sure how I can join them to their ancestors on my tree.
I have them married to each other but do not know how to join my great great aunt to her parents on my tree,
I hope I am making sense here,
please help.

I'm assuming you mean that you already have the parents on your tree.

Find your gr-gr-aunt on your tree.
Click "add".
Click "father" (or "mother")
Click "Find existing"
Start typing the father's (or mother's) name, then select the right one from the drop-down list which will appear.

After that, as far as I remember, I think you select the correct couple (eg - you'll have the choice of "John Smith and Mary Bloggs", or else "John Smith and unknown").
