why is it only the England and Wales Census where do I find the Scottish Census?

The Scottish census is only found on the Scotland's People site -
https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

You will need to register with the site (free) after which you can search results, but to actually look at the full census return you will need to buy credits from the site. 30 credits cost £7.50 and each census return will cost 6 credits to view.

The site also holds OPR's and bmd records along with many others
