I got it from Ancestry freebmd. I was hoping to get James Luke Brown (John's father)'s birth, so I would know where he was born and how old he was so I could find him on the census. But I couldn't. nell |

There are 9 John Browns on 1891 Wales census born within a year of 1884, but none with a father called James. There are 517 John Browns on 1891 England census born within a year of 1884 - not checking them, sorry! |

hi there im looking for any information on john brown born 1884. he married margaret rice in 1906 in pontypridd. when he got married he was living at 19 oxford street maerdy. his father was james luke brown. he had 3 children who were all boys. i have no idea where he was born or if he had any siblings. i also have no idea who is mother was. if anybody could help i would be greatful. thanks carrie |
