Thanks Merry. I have tried to find out if she married him in Ireland but no luck. I think i will have a wander down the GALWAY trail to see what pops up. It`s the only one that fits in some ways to her. Vanessa |

Hi Georgina. I may well look further into that one. But if that one is her what happened to the daughters? Will have to do a full search on them. She seems to have had a rough time of it in her 45 years. Married and widowed three times! Vanessa |

Hi Georgina. I found those details as well and i hope they may be her. I also found a marriage on that one but she was only 12 years old when they married her off, so to speak, and it does not say who she married which is annoying. Vanessa |

Could you give the dates of the marriages you do have? Was the Breen marriage the first one? What's the earliest census you have her on? Merry |

I am sure my great grandma is laughing down at me now. Every corner i turn looking for info on her as a brick wall. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bridget Drinkle, formally Mckegg, formally,Breen, maiden name Crane. Born Ireland 1846. Father Michael Crane. Have marriage certificates of the unions with great grandpa Mckegg and with John Drinkle. But can i find the marriage with Breen?? Can i ekkie thump!! I only found out she came from Ireland on the 1881 census. Do not know where in Ireland she was born or when she came over to our delightful land. Any ideas please? She lived and died in York. |
