I think it was either in FTM2005 or PAF that I noticed when I typed a source in, there was a way to go down a list of sources that I'd typed previously and click on it to select it and it saved me typing it in. I can't remember which one it was and I've not got my other machine on at the moment, on which I've got the FTM loaded up on, to check if it was the FTM program. Claire

Ok I think I have that. Will try it when and if my bank sort out the (being polite) mess! they made of my account therefore rendering my Ancestry account stopped, just when they launched 41 anyway that's another tale. Many thanks for your help.

You have an option to merge the infomation you have found by searching the internet through the site to that person. When you click search internet button on the persons family page and you get a list of results there are 2 buttons view on line and merge, once you have viewed a record on line and found the correct one, you can go back =and merge it to that person. when you open FTM you can click on a name of one of your rellies then select to search the internet, this takes you through Ancestry and gives you all the results that they have in there data base, you can then click on say a census or BMD to view it and you can also save the details to that persons file. Hope this helps Roy

Can you enter Census Source info. and details, for all members of a family group in any other way than either, typing each set of details for each individual, or copying and pasting said info for every member?? Any tips welcome, Thankyou in advance.
