Why is it that the names you most want to find a connection with on hotmatch contacts belong to the person who never gets back to you! It's so annoying! |

My thoughts exactly! I messaged 5 people the other day from hot matches, that I know have definitey got the same people in their trees as I have, and only one has answered back. This makes my blood boil. I even put at the bottom of the messages to please write back even if it isn't a relative, but they don't. It doesn't take 5 minutes to write sorry, not a relative. Grrrrr!! LOL Oh I soooooo agree!!!! The best ones are the ones with like 4 matches and they go oh only 4 matches musn't be related!!!! I have 'hot matches' from when i joined last year that i have contacted and still no reply. The other day I was bored and reemailed the lot! LOL I must say though in defence of those that do not answer...... my cousin and her sister have trees on here, they were set up and joined by their father interstate. Neither of the girls knew they even had a tree or an account and neither are interested in it, but because their father 'owns' the account it stays on the site. Their mum checked her msgs the other day and there was 100's including ones from myself and her. I just wish I could get a connection on my side of the tree, loads i've matched with for my husbands side!!! |
