I am trying to help someone with their tree. They originate in Glasgow, Scotland and I have never had cause to search in Scotland before. I went on to the Scotlands people web site but was dissappointed to find that births only go up to about 1905 and I need about 1949-1954 to start with. Can anyone tell me please if there is anywhere else that these records are available on line and if not, what do people do to get them started in Scotland. Thank you - Chrissie |

Hi everyone Sorry, I didn't realise that this thread was still going. Thanks for all the suggestions and I hope they have helped the others on here who were asking. Unfortunately I needed dates that aren't on line and Mairi answered my question. Thanks again - Chrissie |
