please can someone help me with another set of eye

hi everyone can anyone help me solve this please i have my gggrandmothers birth cert and now know she was born in 1838 the registration district on the birth cert is bethnal green and it says birth in the subdistrict of saint matthew bethnal green and in the county of middlesex i know her father is william and her mother is sarah nee luck my 2xgreatgrandmother name is emma entwhistle you would think with all this information i would have found her on the census with her parents and any siblings she may of had but i have had no luck with any census at all any help would be much appreciated if anyone could find her please thankyou kerry suden |
