I reported this once to GR but they just came back and asked which names I was having trouble with. The trouble was that by the time they came back to me it was a day or so later and I had forgotten!

It seems to be working again now! It was on the names search when you try to contact so no the names are in a box not underlined. Sheila

is that the one that under their name says, (Remember you must be a full member to use this facility) I am thinking could be to do with your browser setting?
