Well, that was quick - only posted them a query earlier on today and have heard back already. For all those who are having problems with Ancestry BMDs at the moment (no page numbers being listed, no link to others on marriage pages etc), here's what they say: 'We are currently addressing the issues you are experiencing. We do know there is a problem with the BMD. It has nothing to do with your membership. It is a system-wide error. The inconvenience is a temporary situation and hopefully will be corrected shortly. Feedback from you, our valued customer, helps us correct errors and improve the website. Your patience and efforts to assist us in this matter are appreciated. If there is anything else with which we might assist you, please let us know.'

Well, this is what they said to me five weeks ago: We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time we are working to complete the posting of information in the BMD Records Collection. We do not have an official release schedule for future postings. Certain information may not currently be available due to varying issues. These include (but are not limited to) research, rescanning, and quality assurance matters. We will complete the posting of this database as quickly as possible, but there will be some delay before the entire project is completed. Thank you for your patience. PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the above issues governing when more information is added to this database, this data is supplied by a third party. Periodic updates to this database are provided to Ancestry.com as these are made by the organization responsible for collecting this information. However, the frequency of these updates varies.

i found the problem was with the transcriber listing the first and last entry on the page if the first entry was A BLOGGS and the last entry W BLOGGS only there was a mistake at C BLOGGS and so it was corrected at the end the transcriber would put C BLOGGS as the last entry so anything on the page after C wouldnt be found Did that make sense Stacy
