Hi this is a bit of a long shot but does anyone recognise this address or type of address. I am not sure if the person who is living there is in the first world war at this time. The stars represent the letters/letters of a word that i can't make out. Thanks stephanie. HUT 3 WO272 G.I.E/C CAPIL GUNS BETTY'S CO*D

I remember my dad saying that there was an army base of some type at Betsy Coed/Capel Curig, many years ago when we used to go on day trips there. My dad was in WW2 and was usually clued up on these things.

Thanks everyone sorry i have only got back to you know. I had a show rehearsal. Thanks ever so much i think that the address may have been based around the time of WW2 as he refers to Hitler and one of my relatives joining up. It actually sounds like he is on some sort of work and he mentions forest fires and how it is like the army which gives me the impression that he is not fighting. Thanks very much once again Stephanie.
