Update Have phoned them and I have 90 day's free trial cos I bough Family Tree Maker-----wwhheeeeee going to have neck and eye ache now!!!!!!! They were very helpful too.

I had the 30 day free service with Family Tree maker that I got for a christmas gift. The service just stopped after 30 days without me having to telephone them. I have now become a member through the lost cousins site where I got membership at a reduced rate. Good Luck Irene

Phew!! Thanks for that I wasn't sure if the no was for UK or USA---silly me,will try them later. Just want to make sure about length of my trial as I bought Family tree maker and it say's 30 day trial and in case it's only 14 day's have been beavering to use it!!!!

i rang to cancel subs after 14 day trial and it was ok. no charges were made to me. good luck

Tried to ring them direct ,there is a free tel number but I'm wary of trying it as I may have a big telephone bill if I do!!!!!
