Any clue to fathers' occupation in the later years? 1841 is mostly a head count or little more than that,i would think it were likely to be because of some 'professional/business' reason. Tracing the births of post 1837 siblings might give you a clue on a cert,but not always and the job may be different by then. Just a suggestion Glen |

Can anyone help? I've found my great great great grandfather born 1835 in France. All his other siblings (older and younger) on the 1841/1851 census are born in Aston Bham. So were his parents. Why would he have been born in France? Any suggestions? |
