There's a passenger search for New South Wales here... http://naa12.naa.gov.au/scripts/PassengerSearch.asp If you have access to Ancestry, it has a few immigration records to the US and Canada. I can look there if you don't. |

I am trying to find a Herbert Phillips who emigrated (as far as I can tell) some time after 1920. I don't live anywhere near the PRO and was going to ask someone to help. I'm not even sure which country(Australia was mentioned by another family member , but not sure). Is it too big a task to ask? I have never been to the records office so don't know how easy it is to search. Sue |
