Some one has emailed me to ask if they can see my tree. I am willing to do this, but she isn't coming onto my contacts list to enable me to tick the box. What can I do. Lesley

If she has mailed you through this site she should be on your contacts. Check under different surnames as sometimes a married name comes up & sometimes a maiden name!! Penny

juts a thought if you go to messages /your contacts/then click on the Date heading the most recent contact should be the one that has just asked for your tree

I had a problem like this several weeks ago. A previous contact who I had since deleted had contacted me again asking to view my tree, however he didn't appear on my contacts list. The person who contacted you needs to find your shared ancestor on a search, click on your name and send you a message. That should bring them up in your contacts list. You should be able to send him a reply through his original message, alternatively you could find him through a search and contact him that way. Rachel

If thats the case then it's the same problem I had. He must still have you on his contacts list, whereas you have deleted him. Contact each other through a search and that should bring him back up on your contacts list.
