Old directories

This university project has put a number of old directories on line for us to use. http://www.historicaldirectories.org/hd/index.asp I have checked out Gore's directory of Liverpool, 1827. If this is your place and period it is great

Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for the link. I've found a few ancestors there, and they have plenty more directories for my areas, so I’m sure they will keep me busy when I get back home later. Thanks Again, Steven.
