Have you noticed that they have SAGA adverts running on here now? No doubt they have done their demographics or whatever and decided us anoraks are likely customers.

Hi Heather Have not seen that but the flashing bingo one on the left hand side of the screen is most annoying as is the BT ad at the top of the screen. How are you today? I PM you yesterday!!! Jane

hanging on Jane, hanging on. Already had to send burly and surly lorry driver away as he was about to dump 10 ton of the wrong stuff on my drive - though he did love Ralphie and showed me a photo of his Jack Russell! Meanwhile husband has gone off taking both sets of my car keys and house keys. Am waiting for puter bloke to mend the fan on this pc and also for someone from vodafone to telephone to tell me that sons £844 one months mobile bill will be recalculated pronto (they told me 6 weeks). All in all, pretty normal day so far. If you havent got the saga one, I wonder if they can target likely customers individually!?

Oooh, well I'm being asked to buy a villa somewhere.........!! You CAN stop the Biango from flashing - I have seen someone on here saying how, but can't remember, because mine doesn't flash. Asked hubby, but for once, he is as ignorant as me! Glad to hear Ralphie came to the rescue this morning. Merry

I hadn't noticed it, but anyway, just to let you know that my hours of trawling through Workington 1841 on Stepping Stones has paid off, as I found my partner's ancestors on there with a child I didn't know about, and I then found that child in 1851 with his grandparents who were born in Scotland and the grandfather's brother and nephew to boot! That should give me quite a lot to be going on with! And I can't wait till he gets home to tell him he has Scottish ancestors! Kate.
