Hi All I have been told a couple of times that St George The Martyr is known as St George in the Borough, and is in Southwark. I have now found another one St George the Martyr is also St George's Holborn. This makes me happier as I was wondering what some of my ancestors were doing in Southwark, when they all lived north of the river in Holborn /Islington area. Hope this might help someone else out of their confusion

This is a problem, I also had that too - which confused me no end.
