Waiting for certs!!!

I ordered 5 certs on the 5th of Feb, 2 have just turned up this morning how much longer will I have to wait? : ( Fed up Jane from Buckingham!!!

Hi Jane, I ordered g grandfathers death cert on 7th, should have arrived today.....no show!! I'm sulking at moment. They should turn up when they say they will. I understand how your feeling, I'd be mad as h*ll...........hopefully, they might show tomorrow. Hope so.......... Lin XX

I know they seem to have started sending them single envelopes.I would imagine in the next few days I always find the one you most want is always last to arrive Jeanette

I ordered7 on 30th Jan anf the last one turned up yesterday - someone failed to findit on first attempt so they had to search.

So sorry your all having the same probs. It is madness they should have taken on more staff at the start of the programme. I cant really move on untill the certs arrive, and to top it all off one of the 2 that came this morning is no good (It is the wrong woman). I am so close to giving up now. Ok that is my moan for the day over : 0

Perhaps it is not just because of Who Do You Think You Are that the certs are taking so long. I have ordered more just because I can look them up now and can then order them. I am sure since Ancestry have put BMD online people have ordered more certificates. I have to wait until after the 27th for mine I have just ordered. Good Luck Irene

hi all me too mine should have been dispatched on the14th still waiting getting a bit fed up now. i was sure it would be here this morning posties just been all he had was the phone bill!!!!! fingers crossed for in the morning kirstie
