some peeps are having a likkle trouble setting theirs up once they have received the email. Any good PC buffs know how to direct them? There is the same thread on General board. RC |

Doesn't seem to be working for me - unless I'm being more dense than usual - Tried the 'help' feature which tells me I should have a dialogue box open - no such luck - or is this when the email arrives - The status is showing as 'Awaiting Export' - ideas anyone??????? Regards Looby |

Hi Will be busy now - with everyone having waited weeks and weeks to export. they are probably all trying. Will also probably depend on how big your tree/file is too. Keep trying, dont give up. Try closing GR page and re-opening. RC |

Eureka - email arrived - up to date Gedcom at last - home 'puters been out of action for weeks and didn't have a Gedcom on the machine at work - do now - good - can get on with things at last. anyone I owe a message to - hopefully should have answers soon now !!!! Looby |

I am feeling very pleased with my self. I have just downloaded my Gedcom from here and uploaded it on tribal pages. Not a teenager in sight. I have even got some pictures on tribal pages. It only took about two hours. |
