Have you looked on ancestry bmd index beta for a marriage? Or, as its after 1886 - you could go to familyrelatives.org and claim 10 free units by registering, click on purchase units, put the code LC2005 in the promotion code box, click again, click on 10 units and thats it. (But if you claimed them in the December offer it wont work) You can enter their names, the event, tick the map and just Sussex or actually put in the likely registration district - Id put just Sussex myself, doesnt cost any more units and then give it a time span of say 1872-1875

Youve looked on familyrelatives.org for it? Well if you have and its really not there, you will have to buy one of the kids birth certs for the mums maiden name. Have you looked for Philadelphia birth cert, cant be many with that name so should be easy. Again, Id look for it on familyrelatives.
