Go to My Account, under current subs click more info and you get something like this (I blancked out the bottom two and my card type) Subscription Information Subscription: U.K. Deluxe Membership Billing Cycle: Monthly Started: 12 January 2006 Renews On: 12 February 2006 Credit Card: 'Card Type' Credit Card #: **************** Card Expiration: **/**** p.s.Only have monthly as it was on offer but will have to upgrade soon) |

Hi Jess and Lunar Thanks for advice...........have done all and still no luck!!!!........... :(...soooo fustrating!!!.....you know the story..free evening...new leads to chase then Ancestry poops my party!! LOL So I'm armed with ammo when I ring....can you find out what date etc you subscribed on Ancestry......I know its definately not due to expire in Feb/Mar.....but have deleted the e-mails I got when I first joined!!!!! ...........in a sulk now!! :( |

Hi All Have been on Ancestry last hour no prob, am fully subscribed member....membership not due to expire........now its suddenly decided I'm a 'registered guest'???!!!.....and all those bl*&$y padlocks!!!!????......have logged off and on several times.....still no joy!!!!???? Anyone else having trouble???? Sarah :( |
