You may be on there a long time if you are 'looking for Rimmer'!!!! Anyway, I have the Rimmer one-name extract, so if you want anything looked up in there (e.g. for the years that aren't on the website yet), send me a PM, Joan. Kate.

If you have ancestors from North Meols (otherwise known as the Southport area), have a look at their 'Online Parish Clerks' website at http://www.lan-opc.org.uk/North-Meols/index.html The last time I had a look, they only had marriages 1813 to 1837 available online, but now they have marriages from 1600 to 1837 and baptisms 1700 to 1741. Well worth a look! The marriage entries give names of witnesses (in some cases, anyway), so can be more useful than IGI entries or even entries in the North Meols Family History Society one-name extracts. I'm off back there to check my pre-1813 marriages now! Kate.
