I have been having troubles. when I switch on, I am usually directed to the black page with instructions on it! I go to SAFE MODE, and do a Systems Restore. It may fix it for a short time, but every now and the it does it again. Am I making any sense Judy? I printed off your instructions, a long time ago. And, I try to do as you say, but I only just found the.. MICROSOFT WINDOWS UPDATES instructions. I did as you told us, but I don't seem to be a lot better off. Mine is an XP. Could you give me the instructions again? I might have missed something. Thanks for all the help in the past Judy. Deanna X |
