MY Epsom Photo RX425 printer is acting very stran

are you plugging the printer in once you've switched on or before you switch on? |

When I Plug my printer into the usb port at the front of my tower block it sets the Security Alarm off but is okay after. When I put the settings to plain paper / A4 once the printing is over it goes back to the setting for photos Tonight because my husband wants to watch football without having to keep turning the alarm off he has switched the power off and its running on battery I have done some printing of lots of documents i have saved and the setting has stayed a A4 Has anyone experienced anything like this and how did thy solve it ? Totally confused Bren |
