	Hi I purchased £25 worth of units from them on 10th Jan, and found out 2 days later about Ancestry putting the BMD's on line. I emailed 1837 on 19th Jan asking if it was possible to have a refund. Today I have had a reply stating that the full amount will be paid back to my bank account in the next 5 working days. I think that is excellent. I was half expecting then to say 'tough' or words to that effect. Pauline

	That restores your faith in human nature, doesn't it??! I have found I am using MORE 1837 units than before since the Ancestry GRO pages came online!! That's because I was always too tight to search years and years looking for things post freeBMD and Family Relatives.....now I'm doing just that for soooo many people, but sometimes Ancestry have missed the page from their data so I keep getting the odd one from 1837!!!
