Hi All, I've just found a will from Cornwall 1841 and am struggling to make it out - particularly the wife's name. I know what I want the wife's name to be - and think it may be...but I'm prejudiced! Anybody willing to take a look?? Thanks! William

Kath has been a great help and thinks what I think about the name of the wife. I've now transcribed 95% of it but am struggling with a few squiggly words. Is anyone else willing to try and finish it for me? Many thanks! William

Hi William I've been looking at some old wills. For the last missing word, the only thing I can find which fits is commision i.e .... having been first sworn by COMMISSION duly to administer. Lisa

Hi again William, If you let me know where the words are that you still need transcribing, I'll have a go. I've still got the email you sent with the copy of the will, so you don't need to send it again. Kath. x

Hi Kath - and all others who have helped or even just read this. Many thanks again for the help - I would never have deciphered some of the words. But it's finished now - it's only the third will I've found - hopefully I will get better at making them out! Kind regards! William
