reformatory school

hi, what would a boy have done to be in a reformatory school aged 13? His parents are still alive and siblings are with parents

Hi, I found out from my mum that her brother went to reform school for a while and I think this would have been late 50's early 60's and it was for stealing petrol from cars!!!! Debs x
