Stating the obvious, sorry, but have you installed a new ink cartridge?

You should be able to find out why by clicking on the print icon in the bottom right corner. Is it turned on, has it got paper, ink etc? nell

Go into the printer properties and make sure that Pause Printing is not selected.. Then try to print a test page, let me know the results. Carol www.genealogyprinters(.)com

June I have Epson Stylus C44 UX. Sound like the counter needs re-setting to me. Had the same problem as you a few months ago. These printers are designed to print so many sheets. Counter re-set worked for me, but had to take the printer to supplier/computer expert to get it done. HTH Joy

Try going to the manufacturer's website, which can be found by a GOOGLE search. Once at the site enter your printers make and model number and check and see if there are any new DRIVERS available for download - this will update your printer. A vist to Microsoft's Window Update site to update your PC and to download any available drivers suggested after the site does a scan of your PC may help, too. Judy
