Hot Matches Happygenes Error

I received the response below when I asked why I got a 'Happygenes Error' on some of my hot matches. I thought it might help anyone else who is frustrated with the same thing. Regards Barbara |

Names are constantly being added and removed from our database. The results for Hot Matches are not taken from the current version of the database. This means that if someone has removed their tree or some names from their tree, whilst the member's name would show as a match for you, you will only see an error message when you click on it as the names are no longer on our database. Our technical team are looking into this and do hope to have it fixed soon so that these names do not show as a match. |
