Thanks Alan +Sue + June, I have just been on that site and registered and added a message for a look-up. I am always very slow in finding my way around a new site so it has taken me ages!!! I don't know how to contact this Peter on there yet but will have another look tomorrow. Thanks everyone for your help. Dea x

Hi all, Haven't had a reply yet from my posting on Rootschat BUT - I did have a look around the site - It IS good now I've found my way around it a little and I have found someone else who is looking for the answer to one of my 'brickwalls' on another relative - This is GREAT ! I have sent them a message and am waiting 'inpatiently' as always ! What I wanted to know was - does the site send an e-mail to you when you receive a message ?? - If so, this will save a lot of wear and tear on my 'clicker finger'. Thanks again to all for suggesting this site. Dea x
