Trying to trace dad's family roots

Any reccomendations out there as to which web site is the best to trace my dad's roots?His name was KEOGH & he was born in Dublin in 1927 & because his parents were born elsewhere in Ireland (of which i'm unsure)i don't know where to begin.Any advice would be most grateful.thanks Dave

David, I don't know where you can search to start ,but do try the search box above here. Something like Irish records. A listof previos queries will come up for this Tips Page and also tell you how many threads are on other Boards. Good Luck Jay
