Hello can someone please tell me what u get for ur money i no u can look at the census stuff but can u look at newspapers, probate stuff as well?

You get all the censuses 1851-1901 which would be worth it in themselves. There are various other things like Pallots baptism and marriage indexes, bmds from 1837-1901 (though these are from Freebmd and not complete) and bmds from 1984 onwards. There are other databases too, and you can do a blanket search for a name which is very useful. nell

The records include baptisms/christenings, burials, marriages, gravestone inscriptions, obituaries, tax lists, wills, and other miscellaneous types of records. Also included are some records from non-conformist churches. All of the data was converted as it was originally presented in various published registers and books. For this reason, you will find interesting phonetic spellings and large descriptive tables of contents.' This won't be comprehensive. There is no one-stop shop for genealogy. nell
