importing tree - problems

Without stating the obvious, have you uploaded the correct file and not an old one? The other thing that you could do is to delete your old tree first. Whilst this is no longer essential it will at least prove that your new tree must have come from the new file. Another thing you might do first is to check with someone who has matches with you whether or not they see your names as 'new' If they can't then this would tend to indicate your tree did not load properly. |

Ive been trying to import my tree and it says that its done, but my tree hasnt changed. Am i doing something wrong? |
