You could try the UK National Archives website, google it and select the homepage, followed by the Military History option. You will be able to download a copy of your relatives campaign medal card (costs 3.50) and from that you may get a little more info. Also try the 1914-1918 net site (google it) it has a forum plus lots of fantastic links for researching 1st world war veterans. Good luck! Teresa |

Hello, I have my grandfather's cousin's medal/ plaque. We think it is a Commonwealth Death Medal from WW1. He went to South Africa, but cannot find him listed in commonwealth war graves lists online. Any tips?? |
