Well two copies arrived this morning (another bashing for the credit card). I waited til hubby came home before viewing them. Oh my heart did ache to see those kids looking so happy but so damn poor. The street where he lived was so drab, just so so sad. I am going to have it made on to a dvd so I can freeze frame and sort dad out properly - though I have an idea which one. |

That is SO fantastic, Heather. Your luck is changing! Have a wonderful time immersing yourself in it - and remember - it's far better he was poor and happy than rich and miserable! :-))) If I were you I'd get that son of your to keep one copy in a safe, fire-proof location so that you've always got a back-up. Love, Sue (in NZ) |

Interesting observations you made on the children. If you have health and happiness you are rich. Young children tend to always be happy even in poor surroundings - the more you have the more you have to worry about. This clouds happiness. Have you ever met someone who is totally happy with a computer ? Possibly not because the damn things take over your life in all areas now, and because most of us do not completely understand them we do not feel in complete control. If you disagree with this, wait till yours crashes and you lose the tree. Anyway I am very pleased for you to have your film treasure it for it is something money cannot replace. Kind regards Maurice |
