Merry and Sammy Hugz to both of you for what you found, and yes it will keep me busy. I am off to search for the possibility that one of the wives were a Callum (or whatever the spelling). You guys will help me solve this yet. THANKS isn't enough. Gail xx

Silvertown is in West Ham, Essex. This is the only family I can find that fits (but there could easily be others, mistranscribed, living just out of the area etc etc etc): Edith Stevens abt 1896 Bromley, London, England Daughter West Ham Essex Frederick Stevens abt 1867 Stratford, Essex, England Head West Ham Essex Frederick Stevens abt 1891 Stratford, Essex, England Son West Ham Essex Gracie Stevens abt 1898 Stratford, Essex, England Son West Ham Essex Rose Stevens abt 1876 Stepney, London, England Wife West Ham Essex Frederick Stevens is listed as a soldier. Fred junr is 10months, not ten years, as the index suggests. Merry
