I am unable to print or copy to file incoming messages. There must be a way to get a copy of message only from within the Genesreunited page. can anyone help please (in 'idiots' language please) Norman

Am I misunderstanding what you want to do? What about highlighting messages, then cut + paste into word? or highlight then print? Dea x

Derek, Can't you just copy and paste the info you need into a blank Word document or Notepad? I always use this method and it works a treat. Brenda

Hi, If you use Internet Explorer, just highlight what you want - don't forget to include who its from - go to file/print and tell it to print selection. Caroline
