Hi Lorraine, It could have something to do with your firewall. I once had a problem where I could view the documents but once I had saved them I could no longer view them. Apparently something with my firewall was blocking the data. Nicky |

Is there anyone technical out there who can help a tecnophobic woman please. I have 86 units to use on 1837 online and cannot access the images. I have downloaded the djvu images ok. I have followed the instructions about cookies and still no luck. It only works sporadically. I have spent hours today trying to sort it and am now so frustrated I give up. I have windows XP. I have emailed the support centre and await a reply. I do believe this is a wicked site when I can get it to work. Does anyone have any tips or advice? Am I the only one this happens to? Please if you can help I only understand simple terms. Thank you so much. Lorraine. |
